CONGRATULATIONS ARIANNA!

Arianna Chest-Robinson had her debut at the Bonnie Castle Recreation Center in Alexandria Bay last Saturday. She won a decision! We are very proud of her. She worked extremely hard. She ran at 5:30am, an hour before the rest of us run, in order to get her 4 kids off to school. She works 2 jobs as a nurse yet still made it to all her practice sessions in the evening. It helps that her husband and 2 of her children train along side her at the BRBA. They all have plans of competing in the future. The family that boxes together stays together!

We have a hard working core group of boxers training right now that are ready to box in the very near future. We will keep you posted on up coming events.

We are always looking for new members. So, if you have been thinking about giving us a try come in and see us. First couple of lessons are free!

If you want to train hard and fight harder then this is the club for you.

BRBA is a USABoxing sanctioned club located at the Empsall's Plaza in downtown Watertown.

We teach Olympic style amateur boxing. We approach training from a comprehensive stand point. All aspects of the sport are taught and improved upon on a constant basis. Technique and conditioning are paramount. The best of the old school and new school training protocols are used to make sure that you reach your maximum potential as a boxer or combat athlete.

You do not have to hit or get hit in order to train at our club. Boxing is a great way to become super healthy. The BRBA has assisted many people in losing weight and getting in the best shape of their lives.

If you are 8 and up, male or female feel free to give us a call and find out more about the BRBA. Northern NY’s elite training facility.

You first practice will consist of a combination of one on one and group instruction. You will be shown some of the basics and introduced to the various peices of equipment that we use.

We sell handwraps and have loaner bag gloves and jump ropes for your first couple of lessons.
